We want you to love your FoureverSmiles products. But let’s be real—returns create waste and unnecessary CO2 emissions. So, before you buy, check the product descriptions to make sure it’s the right fit for you!

If your order is missing or hasn’t shown up, email us within 7 days so we can make it right:

No Returns – Final Sale Items

Because of hygiene reasons (and common sense), some products are final sale:

  • Toothbrushes
  • Toothpaste tablets
  • Floss
  • Tongue scrapers
  • Sale/clearance items

Returns – We Keep It Simple

If your item isn’t on the final sale list, you can return it within 30 days for a refund of the product price only (shipping isn’t included). If your order had free shipping, we’ll deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund.

What we need from you:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • If you got free samples or gifts, send those back too
  • You cover return shipping costs

Heads up: Shipping costs are non-refundable (since they go straight to the carrier).

Broken, Damaged, or Missing Something?

If your order shows up looking like it went through a rough journey, we’ve got you! Email us within 7 days with:

  1. Photos of the packaging and damaged product
  2. A quick description of the issue
  3. If something’s missing, send us a pic of what you received
